Hola comunidad de Hive y SWC me presento mi nombre es Yeferson Sanchez tengo 16 años de edad y soy de san Carlos estado cojedes.
Esta es mi historia de cuando inicie en este maravilloso deporte, todo empero el año 2022 cuando inicie por primera vez en la calistenia inicie haciendo flexiones en mi cuarto y como yo no sabía que esto era un deporte me lo tomé a juego pero vino un amigo llamado jeyser donde me explico por primera vez este deporte y el cual yo quede asombrado y me puse a entrenar pero yo era muy indisciplinado no sabia organizar mis rutinas ni nada de eso
Hello Hive and SWC community I introduce myself my name is Yeferson Sanchez I am 16 years old and I am from San Carlos state cojedes.
This is my story of when I started in this wonderful sport, everything but the year 2022 when I started for the first time in calisthenics I started doing push-ups in my room and as I did not know that this was a sport I took it as a game but a friend called jeyser came and explained to me for the first time this sport and which I was amazed and I started to train but I was very undisciplined I did not know how to organize my routines or anything like that.

llego un día que conocí los dinámicos o como otros lo conocen como freestyle me puse a entrenar dinámicos sin saber nada y de ahí empeze a entrenar estáticos también pero como no sabia nada no sabia como empezar, y segui entrenando en el año 2023 logré hacer muchas cosas como agarrar más nivel en dinámicos y donde conseguí mi primer estático en barra el famoso front lever, a finales del año 2023 tuve mi primera lesión en la muñeca lo cual no pude entrenar durante 1 mes en el año 2024 me incorporé con más nivel y regrese más motivado pero en marzo de este mismo año tuve una lesión en el hombro lo cual no pude entrenar durante 1 mes sin poder hacer algo, en abril de este año volví a entrenar pero con más intensidad logrando recuperar todo lo que había perdido pero estaba muy motivado y me hizo mejorar mucho mi nivel hasta la actualidad que tengo el nivel que tengo y siguiéndolo mejorando, me encuentro entrenando estáticos ya que no tengo muchos estáticos que digamos y, esa fue mi historia gracias a todos esos lectores que se tomaron el tiempo de leer mi contenido
one day I met the dynamic or as others know it as freestyle I started to train dynamic without knowing anything and from there I started to train static also but as I did not know anything I did not know how to start, and I continued training in the year 2023 I managed to do many things like grab more level in dynamic and where I got my first static bar the famous front lever, at the end of the year 2023 I had my first wrist injury which I could not train for 1 month in the year 2024 I joined with more level and returned more motivated but in March of this same year I had a shoulder injury which I could not train for 1 month without being able to do something, in April of this year I returned to train but with more intensity managing to recover everything I had lost but I was very motivated and made me improve my level until today I have the level I have and continue to improve, I find myself training static as I do not have many static to say and that was my story thanks to all those readers who took the time to read my content.
