Hola hive y comunidad de #SWC, hoy les vengo a platicar un poco sobre mi entrenamiento de freestyle, hoy fue un dia muy lleno de éxitos por que logre hacer muchos combos qué había perdido y ya me estoy acostumbrando a entrenar en la barra alta da un poco de miedo pero poco a poco se va, bueno continuo.
Este día me enfoque en hacer combos para no perder la fluidez más que todo por que ya tenia casi 2 semanas sin entrenar freestyle pero hoy por fin puedo decir que fue algo lleno de éxito por que logré muchos combos qué antes tenia y me puse a recuperarlos y a recuperar algunos trucos, ya poco a poco me voy mejorando de los hombros, fue un dia muy bueno, y los dejo con algunas fotos sobre los giros.
Hello hive and #SWC community, today I come to talk a little about my freestyle training, today was a very successful day because I managed to do many combos that I had lost and I'm getting used to train on the high bar is a little scary but little by little it goes, well I continue.
This day I focused on making combos to not lose the fluency more than anything because I had almost 2 weeks without freestyle training but today I can finally say that it was something full of success because I achieved many combos that I had before and I started to recover them and to recover some tricks, and little by little I'm getting better shoulders, it was a very good day, and I leave you with some pictures about the turns.
