¡Hola a todos! ¡Espero que estén teniendo un día increíble! Después desaparecer por una semana les voy a compartir otra receta que probé: ¡el jugo vampiro!

El jugo vampiro es una receta tradicional de México. Es conocida y se le da este nombre por su vibrante y característico color rojo, que se obtiene de la remolacha.
Este jugo es popular en muchas partes de México y se vende comúnmente en puestos de jugos y mercados, donde es apreciado por sus beneficios para la salud y su sabor refrescante.

Comúnmente se prepara con una base de jugo de naranja, pero en este caso lo prepararemos con piña, la cual está llena de vitamina C, que es esencial para el sistema inmunológico y la salud de la piel, y manganeso, que ayuda en la formación de huesos. El betabel es una excelente fuente de hierro, que es crucial para la producción de glóbulos rojos, y también contiene ácido fólico. Por otro lado, la zanahoria es conocida por su alto contenido en betacaroteno, importante para la salud de la vista y la piel.

Ingredientes:

  • 1 taza de piña pelada y en trozos
  • 1 betabel pequeño, pelado y cortado en trozos
  • 2 zanahorias peladas y cortadas en trozos
  • Azúcar al gusto
  • 1 ½ litros de agua

Preparación:

  1. Primero vamos a preparar el jugo de piña, en una licuadora, combina la piña con un poco de agua y licúa hasta obtener una mezcla suave. Puedes colar el jugo de piña resultante o dejarlo tal cual para obtener un mayor consumo de fibra que ayuda con el estreñimiento.

Vampire juice is a traditional recipe from Mexico. It is known and given this name because of its vibrant and characteristic red color, which is obtained from beets.
This juice is popular in many parts of Mexico and is commonly sold at juice stands and markets, where it is appreciated for its health benefits and refreshing taste.

It is commonly prepared with a base of orange juice, but in this case we will prepare it with pineapple, which is full of vitamin C, which is essential for the immune system and skin health, and manganese, which aids in bone formation. Beets are an excellent source of iron, which is crucial for red blood cell production, and also contain folic acid. On the other hand, carrots are known for their high beta-carotene content, which is important for eye and skin health.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple, peeled and in chunks.
  • 1 small beet, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 ½ liters of water

Preparation:

  1. First let's prepare the pineapple juice, in a blender, combine the pineapple with a little water and blend until you get a smooth mixture. You can strain the resulting pineapple juice or leave it as is to obtain a higher intake of fiber that helps with constipation.

2. Luego vamos a añadir el betabel y las zanahorias al jugo de piña en la licuadora y licúa nuevamente hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea. No es necesario colar esta mezcla, ya que el betabel y la zanahoria no dejan pedazos grandes al licuarse.

3.Agrega el resto del agua y el azúcar al gusto, y mezcla bien.
