Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! Today we went to visit our friends from Nueva Jayana who we hadn't seen for a long time. We decided to do a training session in their park because we had a long time without doing good freestyle and the truth is that the bar they have is quite comfortable, the truth that came out very good combinations, I managed to do five 540 in a row, my friend @maikol-sw managed to do front flip again, among other combos that we managed to perform. I also managed to recover my mega supra 540 that the truth was a long time without doing it, there was a lot of motivation today, everyone threw very good tricks and I really liked this training and that reunion with my good friends of calisthenics, I hope to train with them more often as there is always a lot of motivation and energy when we train all together, soon I will continue to post more about my progress in freestyle, see you soon 💪🏽.
