Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Mi buen igo @miguelitog1856 está cumpliendo años, y como no pude entrenar con el hoy por su cumple fui un rato a su casa a pasar el rato con el y nos pusimos a hacer ejercicio un rato, también hablamos de lo que hicimos en nuestro día y pasamos un buen rato juntos 💪🏽.
