Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC espero que se encuentren bien el día de hoy! Les traigo parte de mi entrenamiento con mi amigo @maikol-sw, la verdad que fue un entrenamiento bastante fuerte ya que hicimos combos de estáticos, plancha, Front Lever y hefesto. Al final de realizar todos los combos hicimos algunos ejercicios básicos como muscle ups, dominadas y fondos, la verdad que quedamos bastante cansados pero se disfruto mucho 💪🏽🔥.

Greetings friends of the SWC I hope you are feeling well! I bring you part of my workout with my friend @maikol-sw, the truth is that it was a pretty strong workout as we did combos of static, plancha, Front Lever and hefesto. At the end of all the combos we did some basic exercises like muscle ups, pull ups and dips, the truth is that we were pretty tired but we enjoyed it a lot 💪🏽🔥.
