Welcome everyone one more day to my new publication today, in this great family and community of #SWC and the ecosystem of #Hive. I send a warm greeting to all my friends and fellow athletes who make up Street Workout and the sports discipline of Calisthenics. I hope that everyone is doing very well on this beautiful day and that you are having great sports activities.

On this occasion I come to teach you, comment and share about my activity carried out today, where I had a variety of group activities with my colleagues from the University where I take Administration classes. In addition, I was having walking activities and walking tours during the course of the passing hours.

Normally, that large staircase that you can see, I go up and down every day, because it is in the main part where my house is located, having a good passive exercise every day in the area of ​​the extremities of the legs.

In the afternoon, a very nice activity of sharing among classmates took place at the university where I study, a sharing and exchange of various types of snacks or sweet treats. We were sharing and having a good time, laughter and joy.

The weather was great and the activities were very nice, having a wonderful day in the end, spreading the value of friendship, respect and discipline.
