Entrenando estáticos ¡BACK LEVER! [ESP/ENG]

Hola, mis amigos y compañeros de la comunidad y familia de SWC e Hive, sean todos bienvenidos a mi nueva publicación el día de hoy, esperando que todos se encuentren muy bien disfrutando de sus días. En esta ocasión les enseño la última parte de mi entrenamiento de estáticos, un grandioso entrenamiento donde realicé Victorian Lever, front lever y back lever, en esta tercera parte les enseño y comparto el entrenamiento que realicé en Back lever. Primero les comento que el back lever es un movimiento de calistenia, prácticamente nuevo para mí, de manera de que nunca lo había practicado en mi trayectoria desde que hago calistenia y es un movimiento donde se practica una fuerza distinta, diferente al Front lever que es un movimiento que es mi favorito y al que más estoy acostumbrado a realizar en esta disciplina, el back lever es un movimiento que aún no domino bien y me siento raro al hacerlo, pero me estoy esforzando para obtenerlo, al igual que el Handstand o Pino. Como pueden observar todos en mis fotos, también realicé aguantes en mi entrenamiento de Back lever, al igual que en todos los demás movimientos, el Victorian y el Front. Realicé el Back en modo Full, half, a una pierna y en Tuck, haciendo puras marcas del movimiento, ya que como no lo obtengo, poco a poco, me voy adaptando a la postura y a la fuerza del movimiento. Así doy por culminada mi rutina de entrenamiento de estáticos, espero que les motive a realizar estáticos de esta grandiosa disciplina de calistenia.

On this occasion I show you the last part of my static training, a great training where I did Victorian Lever, front lever and back lever, in this third part I show you and share the training I did in Back lever. First I tell you that the back lever is a calisthenics movement, practically new for me, so I had never practiced it in my career since I have been doing calisthenics and it is a movement where a different force is practiced, different from the Front lever which is a movement that is my favorite and the one I am most used to doing in this discipline, the back lever is a movement that I have not yet mastered well and I feel strange doing it, but I am working hard to obtain it, just like the Handstand or Pino . As you can all see in my photos, I also performed holds in my Back lever training, as well as in all the other movements, the Victorian and the Front. I performed the Back in Full, Half, One Leg and Tuck mode, making pure marks of the movement, since since I don't get it, little by little, I adapt to the posture and the strength of the movement. This is how I conclude my static training routine, I hope it motivates you to perform static exercises of this great calisthenics discipline.
