A smoke free city and streets means a beautiful and healthy city so now the decision is yours.Today, if we go out on the street then we see the lot of cigarettes butt lying on the street.If you think for a moment, there are so many cigarette butts lying on the road, then there will be beauty in that road?Then of course the road will not look good.But it is not just a question of beauty because these cigarette butts are extremely harmful to a city and road.

I am very worried to see the competition of smoking in public places every day.This smoking can destroy our future generation because the future generations are also getting addicted to smoking.Day by day smoking has become a serious social disease.Nowadays school children are addicted to smoking.Along with boys, girls are also starting to smoke.Due to this smoking we will be in serious danger because it is very harmful to the body and it is deadly disease.

I try to talk a lot about this smoking nowadays because it worries me.Today when I go out for walks and other activities I see the competition of smoking going on in public places, entertainment centers and tea shops.Smoking in the middle of the chat has accumulated.Look, I have said its harmful effects before.Smoking is one of the causes of cancer, kidney disease and breathing problems.Survey shows that many people die in the world due to this smoking.

I have talked about this smoking here a few days ago but I am saying it again today because I am concerned about the youth smoking.Why should I not be worried because I have known and heard about its harmful effects.I have heard that it damages the lungs.I have heard that it is the leading cause of respiratory disease and the leading cause of kidney disease.I have heard that smoking causes cancer.I have also heard and learned that smoking causes heart attacks and strokes.

But recently I am more concerned about this smoking because I was cleaning cigarette butts from the street and then I found out that this cigarette butt can pollutes 500 liters of water.I am very worried thinking that just one cigarette butt pollutes 500 liters of water so how harmful is the nicotine from this cigarette to our body and it is very scary.It's a terrible headline indeed and I'm very worried about it.One cigarette butt pollutes 500 liters of water so you think how terrible it is for the body.

When I walk down the street, I am shocked to see cigarette butts on the street.So again I would like to remind you that you know I am very conscious about my health so I walk every morning to stay free from future diabetics.So this morning I went for a walk down another street in our small city and the street you see in the picture.While walking along the road I saw some more people walking and I was happy to see that.But I was saddened to see the cigarette butts lying on the road, so I collected the butts and brought them to the dustbin.
