It is with great sadness that I have to say that winter is end, summer is here, and the heat has start.I say this with great sadness because we don't like heat.In our country, summer temperatures reach around 46° degrees.In this poor country many people get sick due to the extreme heat.Many people get heat stroke due to the extreme heat.And during the summer we have a lot of load shedding problems in our country so we can't even stay at home.
Because we cannot turn the fan blades due to excessive load shedding.That's why our countrymen like winter more than summer.I myself like winter.So I say this with great sadness.Winter comes for only three months and it is hot for 9 months of the year.We only get three months of beautiful natural weather.It's almost the end of March and by the beginning of April we will be battling the heat again.This summer sunlight is very frightening.The sunlight is starting to spread its intense heat.
One of the most important things to do at the beginning of this extremely hot season is to protect yourself from the intense heat of the sun.Currently, the sun is starting to spread its dangerous light so I am telling you how to protect yourself from the heat of this sun.You will notice that the heat of the sun is very high during the summer and we see very little rain during this time.We all pray for rain during this time. But until it rains during this time, you should try not to go out in the sunlight.You can go out in the sunlight for just 10 minutes in the morning as the sun contains vitamin D.
