Life in itself is full of different circumstances, some rewarding and some of pains. But the world 🌍 will never stop moving.

In the believe to move forward in life, we are bound to meet trouble at some points in our lives because everyday comes with a new dawn.

With the kind of job I do as a Realtor, who deals with clients and sometimes huge some of money is involved, money 💰 that is paid to building owners, apartment to be rented, leasing of a vacant space and even retail shops , I have seen lots of trouble. Issues of how sometimes 5 persons has paid for one apartment and without you knowing, you will involve your own client who has showed interest in the same apartment or building. These are the real cases where police 👮‍♀️ are mostly involved.

Referencing the situation I had 2 years ago I reminded myself of how its important to deal with people of understanding in anything we are doing. Although every individual has his or her inborn characteristics that does not change easily. But to some, environment influences change in them.

And its very important that we should always present trust in everything we are doing showing transparency which will always tell or speak about us even in our absence.

I had a serious case 2 years ago when a client of mine and I paid for an apartment in a location we inspected. And confirming he liked it, we concluded every payment through the Landlord who owns the said apartment without knowing that the Care-Taker has collected money from 2 other people without telling the Landlord. This said apartment is undergoing just little renovation for maybe just 2 weeks as the Landlord promised . And because my client likes the apartment we decided to pay 💰.

Then I started following up. Going to the apartment every other 3 days to see progress. And all things being equal, I did not notice any shady movements until the last weekend when renovations was almost completed. On that same visit I met the said Care-Taker with a man going round the apartment. And from their discussions I could figure out what is going on. That the man has committed some fund too. I could not believe what is about to happen. I immediately called my client and told him what I just found out. We scheduled an appointment .

To cut this story short, we got to know of the third person who also committed money. My client was all on me blaming me of how am supposed to be aware of the shady act of the Care-Taker. In the other hand the Landlord who said he is not aware of other two people has spent the money we deposited. It was a terrible situation as my client threatened to lock me up with the Landlord. That we planned to dupe him.

To the Grace of God, my church members who knew me very well of how dedicated I am to this job, and that no one has had any issue with me immediately intervened. They called my client to order who is also a member of the church. Told him the Landlord is to be blamed because he is supposed to always liaise with his Care-Take.

However.’, we calmly followed the case up, even to the extent that the Landlord rejected the other two persons after much troubles, making sure to give the apartment to my client because of how we used wisdom to follow the situation. He asked the other two persons to go and settle with the Care-Taker.

In conclusion, cases and situations that we encounter in life varies. Sometimes its enormous other times little. But we should always think things over before taking action because what goes around comes around. No man is an Island
