LOH Contest #199: Independency Is My Take

Greetings beauties of ladies of hive. Wishing everyone an enjoyable weekend alongside our loved 🥰 ones. Am always looking forward to the weekends because its always a precious time for loved 🥰 ones.

And thanks for a lovely theme for this weeks contest @jane1289.. Work is an activity that keeps the mind so functional. Although most can be so stressful unless one is lucky.

And am having my take from the first question:

1️⃣ Based on your job hunting and work experiences, which do you prefer, working from home as a freelancer, or working outside the home where you get stable monthly pay? Why?

Honestly speaking work is such a stressful activity but one we can not avoid because “Life is like riding a bicycle 🚲, to keep our balance, we must keep moving - Albert Einstein.

This very question is one that is dependent on what kind of job we do as individuals or choices we make as regards to our situations, because with what the new era called the 21st century has offered us through technologies, platforms, social media and how the internet has created so many opportunities, we all are supposed to be working from home either as a freelancer or on various gigs that are sourced from online But there are still many jobs out there that must take us out from the four walls of our houses and this is where choice comes in. Although many will still say they have no choice because of circumstances of life.

For me as an individual, I love how jobs online are giving everyone the opportunity to move with the pace made possible by innovation and technologies, but as a Realtor who deals with clients physically and must inspect properties on site I do not have much choice but to continue to work outside the home as long as am still on this very kind of field work. Although its a kind of pay 💰 job, but also do attract commissions depending on how good negotiations on renting or lease turns out.

I could say this job does demand time, commitment, focus and energy, but its also one that anyone in it can enjoy some break from during when demand is not much from clients and inspections slowed down. The other good thing is that the pay 💰 is one that is stable, that even when you did not make extra commissions, you monthly pay is there unlike freelancers who must work harder, making sure they earn commission at the end of the week or monthly as arranged.

However, working from home is the best at this present era of so much awareness through innovation but many out there do not have the opportunity of securing jobs online because of how most jobs online are limited to some certain professions, mostly tech, design, web dev, and others that deals with services.

In conclusion, there is nothing like working from home or working for oneself because it creates independency, self time management, less stress, focus and more time for family and loved 🥰 ones. Its definitely obvious that the future is so bright with the way things are aligned on the internet, creating hope for even those who are yet to find their desired online jobs. We are expecting a better tomorrow as each day unfolds because the best is yet to surface as regards to era of innovation 💪.
