Hope we are all enjoying the holidays alongside our loved 🥰 ones, eating and drinking healthy.

Today I bring you a juice drink 🍹 I made from golden melon 🍈, adding just little lime to it for a sour taste. Golden melon a large, bright-yellow melon with pale green to white inner flesh. Its however known as Cucumis Melo.

This very fruit is packed with vitamins that helps and boost our immune system which includes protein, crude fiber, antioxidants, kidney and eye health benefits, calcium and many more.

The Golden melon 🍈 is similar to that of a honeydew 🍈 in shape and texture. Its only difference is its bright golden-hued skin. When its ripe , the skin becomes very firm, thin and smooth. Its flesh is succulent, velvety and sweet.

Yellow melon or golden melon 🍈 can be enjoyed in variety of ways. We can slice and enjoy it like other fruits 🍉🍎🍌🍓or add it to fruit salad 🥗.

Here we have the step by step for the preparation of this fruit juice 🥤 .

INGREDIENTS:

1 large golden melon
1 small size lime
1 glass of spring water 💦
1 tablespoon of premium sugar.

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To prepare this quick juice, I will start by washing and cutting open the golden melon 🍈.

Step 2.

Then will further slash it into strips to peel off the yellow skin which is the back.

Step 3.

I will dice the flesh into cubes for easy blending .

Step 4.

The lime I will slice into cubes and peel off the back.

Step 5.

Here I have both base ingredients ready.

Step 6.

And to blend, I will add the chopped golden melon 🍈 into the blender. Adding also the lime, sugar and water 💦.

Step 7.

Then will blend to obtain a smooth juice from this healthy delicious fruit 🍈. A pale green almost white color milk 🥛 juice 🥤.

Step 8.

And will serve it before taking it into the refrigerator to chill a little for satisfying delight.

Even the pale green almost white color of this juice made it more appetizing. It looks so smooth and feels wanting. So enjoyable that you need to try this recipe of melon 🍈 juice with a bit of lime.
