Easy Avocado, Apple, Pear Mix Sides Recipe π₯ππ
Greetings dear hivers and friends. Hope you are all having a wonderful Thursday full of activities and wishing you all successes with all the endeavors you have on your hands. And the season is a season of smiles because the month of December is the last month for this year. We need to put smiles on our faces despite whatever having it in mind and remembering that βLife owe it Allβ.
As the season calls for, new recipes is all we need to prepare ourselves for, those treats we are warming up for this Christmas ππ . So today friends of hive and plantpowervegan its my pleasure to be here again with another of my recipe, a combination of lovely mix ingredients you will like to prepare as sides during this Christmas π.
Avocado, Apple, Pear Mix Sides , made with an abundance of creamy avocado , crispy apple, pear and vibrant tomatoes, adding.some carrot and fresh drops of lime for dressing. A healthy sides thatβs perfect for lunch or dinner this season. This is the type of sides we crave for over and over and its all about using abundance of fresh ingredients and a complementary of flavors.
Here I show you the steps I took to prepare this healthy sides.
INGREDIENTS:
1 large avocado
1 apple
1 pear
2 cherry tomatoes
1 carrot
1 lime
Pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
STEPS FOR PREPARATION :
Step 1.
This is an essay straightforward recipe. To begin I will first thoroughly wash the fruits , then sterilize them.
Step 2.
Next I will cut the apple into two equal parts,slice and dice in squares .
Step 3.
Cut the pear, slice and dice in shape.
Step 4.
Next is to cut open the Avocado π₯, slice it into straight lines
Step 5.
The carrot I will cut , dice and slice the tomatoes in rounds.
Step 6.
To bring the ingredients into a mix, I will use a bowl π₯£ to start by adding the pear, the apple and the carrot.
Step 7.
I will cut the lime and squeeze some drops before mixing these ingredients.
Step 8.
Next is to add some tomatoes, salt and the black pepper. Then mix gently the more.
Step 9.
Finally, I will dish serve the mixed fruits, adding pinch of salt to the avocado and serving it as well.
Step 10.
To fully enjoy this recipe, I added some boiled rice π by the side and lunch or dinner π₯ is completely served.
Finally served. We can enjoy this mixed sides with any choosing meal of our choice. A healthy meal for lunch or dinner .

I love salads that mix vegetables and fruits. I happen to have one pear and one apple in the fridge, also one ripe tomato. All fruits. Perhaps I can add some garlic and make something interesting for dinner.

Looks like summer and I'm sure it tastes like this too π I would probably serve it differently as for me rice can be only eaten with something warm, but it's my strange preferences π
