Happy warm Thursday Lovely Hivers and friends. Its a pleasure to be here again today , sharing with you some delicious healthy snacks recipe we can prepare to keep by the side for little hunger time, or prepare as take away for some of us who are always on the move. Its a mix fruit snacks you will love ❀️.

Snacks are always important in the house especially for those of us who have growing children πŸ‘¦ and some can like snacks more than real foods πŸ₯˜. And sone of we adults crave so much for snacks too when lunch or dinner is delayed.

My todays recipe a well prepared and combined mangoes πŸ₯­, banana and carrot sauce that I added other ingredients into to make a filling for a potatoes πŸ₯” flour wrap pie snacks. This is a packed nutritious and delightful snacks we can prepare and preserve for few days as it does help out for tea 🍡, coffee β˜•οΈ time too.

Here I show you the whole ingredients and step by step of preparing this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

2 large banana
1 large carrot
1 big fresh mango
1 large potatoes
150 g of all purpose flour
2 teaspoon of corn flour
20 g of premium sugar
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Salt to taste

STEPS FOR PREPARATION :

Step 1.

To commence preparation, I will first peel the potatoes, cut and chop it in squares and soak πŸ› it in water to remove some starch .

As in here soaking for at least 15 minutes.

Step 2.

I will then return to the fruits to prepare them .

First the carrot will be cleaned, washed and be diced in chips sizes.

The mango I will wash, cut and cup out the succulent juicy fresh and dice.

Then peel and slice the banana in chunks.

And the fruits are all ready.

Step 3.

Next is to heat up some vegetable oil to fry combine the carrot, mango and banana into a fruit sauce . Delicious yummy!

Stirring to incorporate them well.

Step 4.

I will add some sugar and corn flour to help make them stick together.

Stir thoroughly.

Step 5.

Next is to take the potatoes for boiling which must not be over cooked. Then sieve it to drain off water.

Step 6.

I will quickly mash the potatoes, add the all purpose flour to it, a bit of corn 🌽 flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and sugar.

Step 7.

I will then use my palm to mix them into a dough adding vegetable oil for a fine knead.

Step 8.

Once the dough is formed, I will go on to cut it into two equal size, then four (4) and into tiny.

And will start to roll and spread each into a wrap with a rolling wood. Scooping in the mix fruit sauce, wrapping it and closing it up with a fork.

Step 10.

I will glaze the baking pan , lay all the wraps to take into the oven for baking at 180 Celsius for 35 - 40 minutes for a bit golden brown look.

And once time elapsed, its all ready and appetizingly delicious πŸ˜‹. I will leave it to cool down before serving.
