An Exquisite Coconut Flavored Tasteful Rice Cake Recipe 🥥🍚🌴.

Happy weekend to dear hivers and friends. One of the things I like doing especially during the weekends is to make sure of taking care of my family because working during the week mostly does not give us enough time to make some of those flavorful and tasteful cuisines. And talking about cuisines, some foods and recipes are very special to the taste buds, so giving it our time to treat our loved ones 🥰 is very important.

So today friends I made an exquisite coconut flavored tasteful rice cake which I made sure to want to share it with all of you. This recipe is not an everyday meal because it’s somehow time consuming and stretches us more in the kitchen but the results are always worthwhile.

The base for this recipe is coconut extracts 🥥and its rich oily milk 🥛which other ingredients are added to, making the dish 🫕so delicious, flavorful, tasteful and so nourishing.

Without wasting much time lets get into step by step of making this exquisitely so flavorful recipe .

INGREDIENTS:

200 g of raw rice
1/2 of a whole coconut
1/2 glass of soy milk
Some hot and chilies 🌶
1 medium size onions 🧅
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon of thyme
1 teaspoon of black pepper 🫑
1 teaspoon of margarine 🧈
Salt to taste
2 soy cubes
Little of vegetable oil

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

I went on to first crack the coconut 🥥 to remove it from the shell. Then washed it readily for grating .

Grated the coconut using this manual grater . After grating I added some little water to have it in liquid extract milk 🥛

Step 3.

I went on to slice the hot pepper and chilies before further grinding it using a manually kitchen utensil since I don’t want to blend it into a smoother puree.

Step 4.

Next I washed the rice, set on the burner to per boil a bit for faster cooking when all ingredients are added.

The next thing to do is go ahead to fry all the ingredients for this recipe by first heating up the frying pan on the burner, adding the margarine to melt and adding the peppers

Once the pepper starts frying, I will add the coconut 🥥 extract and milk 🥛 to cook along. I will also add the soy milk, all the spices 🍛 and the soy cubes after a while to continue cooking.

This I will leave to cook for at least up to 3 - 4 minutes to enable every incorporation that will bring out all flavors of the ingredients.

I will now go on to add the now coconut 🥥 sauce into the already per boiled rice, stir properly and cover to cook on minimal heat temperature.

And here we have this exquisite coconut flavored tasteful rice ready to be served. Its so full of rich flavors of coconut and spices. A delicious delightful meal 🥘 for lunch or dinner with some vegetables as side dish.

To make it look exquisite, I cupped it into a cake shape for serving adding some chopped carrots and onions to it. I hope you all love it and will want to try it in your various kitchens to delight your loved 🥰 ones .
