A Forceful Or Free Will Organ Donation?

Human organs are what gives lives and functionality to human existence. And are so important to a healthy longevity if we are luck to live a well maintained lifestyle , and this is why some people have the opportunity to donate organs to others whose organs can not stand the functionality needed for continues living.

Donating organs to others especially to family members and friends is an act and a whole heartedly decision made by many out of love ❤️ for those they are donating to which is why its seen as a big gesture to supporting the lives of those who are in critical health issues.

To donate organs to others is seen as a big decision making especially those that does not involve human organ trafficking which usually involves cost 💲 and money 💰 because this decision gives and provides hope to those who needs them to live more unexpectedly.

How Organs Donation Works:

Every transplant of any kind of organ requires a donor which is why many are in line waiting for help to restore their health from those who may decide to help donate out of love for hope of living but the issue is that we do not have many donors because organ transplant sometimes involves complications which can even cause the donor some health issues too if things go wrong and some times might lead to death. So many who have intention to donate has inner fear which has made it so hard for the health challenged ones to stay waiting for years and some ends up dying.

Compulsory Organ Donation?:

If the government issues a decree for all healthy organs to be taken from people who just died , and to be donated to the sick who needs it, this move should been seen as a decree that is on the good side because it will help those whose health needs to be supported to have hope of living especially of the need of some specific organs that can not be donated by a living person or human because there are some organs that can only be donated by a dead person since he is not alive again to need it. The heart ♥️ which is just a pair, bone 🍖 marrow, pancreas, intestines , part of liver or even the lung 🫁. These are organs that are too complicated to be donated by a living human. Therefore, can be donated by a dead 💀 person. But I see this decree as one that might not be accepted by many families and individuals.

A Breach To Human Right:

Anything that involves law being forced on the citizens of a country is a breach to human right which is why decrees to forcefully take organs of every healthy dead person will be seen as government infringement on the citizens which will make many people not to accept this kind of decree and can lead to protest in a country.

Many may also see it as organ trafficking by the government of a country whereby those who needs the organ pays huge some of money 💰 to the governments and hospitals involved to save their lives while the families of the dead people involved are not compensated for the removal of the organs of their loved 🥰 ones.

Removing the organs of the dead ones of people’s family should be an agreement that is in concord between the government and the citizens whereby incentives should also be discussed because many of those who needs organ transplant are the rich ones and that is why you see that the poor ones can not afford to get transplant most times, staying for years waiting. So if the government involves paying incentives to the family of those involved, its then more of an agreement that will not involve forcefulness.

Long Term Effect Of This Decree:

However, I see this kind of decree as one that will involve lots of malpractices between the government, doctors, hospital owners, families and individuals where cases of untimely death 💀 rate will rise especially if the government includes and involves incentives to this kind of donation of organs from health dead people because money 💰 is the root of corruption. This might make many people involve in killing their family members in any way possible to donate their organs because of money. Doctors and hospitals can also involve in injecting sick people to death through bribing by their families just for the purpose of donating organs.

In conclusion , I don’t believe in anything forceful especially things that has to do with life. The government should also know that organ donation needs compatibility which is why it should be a case of individual desire from their heart ♥️ and that’s what makes donations a love act from donors. The government needs only to make more awareness to the citizens of how they can support those in need of various organ transplant. And also educate people what is involved in donating organs especially in the area of donors health involvement.
