Sunday special breakfast - my wife making "Potato Carrot Paratha"

Friends today is Sunday weekend so all schedule is very relaxed. And all the people in the house are at home today as it is a holiday and so a special dish is made in breakfast today. The name of that dish is Potato Carrot Paratha. Friends, my wife made these very delicious potato carrot parathas for breakfast today, so today I am going to tell you briefly about how they are made in this blog.
While parathas are made mainly in India, they are made in many different ways. Actually, the method of making parathas is the same, but the different types of stuffing used in it are the reason why there are different types of parathas. Like Fenugreek Parathas, Paneer Matar Parathas, Potato Parathas, Mix Vegetable Parathas in the same way, Potato Carrot Parathas were made at my house today using a mix combination of potato and carrot. Today I am going to tell you the method how these parathas are made.
First of all, potatoes are cooked well. After that it was peeled. Then the potatoes were finely grated. Also, after washing the carrots, they were also finely grated. After preparing this, my wife grinded ginger, garlic and green chillies in a mixer grinder. Also made wheat flour dough on one side. After all these preparations, she put a pot on the gas and put a spoonful of vegetable oil in it.
After the oil was heated, the first thing she added was cumin and mustard seeds. Then she added the ginger garlic and green chilli paste she made to the mixer and after frying it well she added chicken masala, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and musk fenugreek. And all this is mixed well. Then she added finely grated potato and carrot and mixed it well. After mixing all these things well, they were fried for five minutes in that pot and on gas.
This paratha stuffing was prepared in this manner, then the stuffing was kept aside in a plate for ten minutes to cool. Then we made small balls out of the wheat flour dough and filled them with the same stuffing. And then it was rolled out in a nice circular manner and it was roasted well on both sides by keeping a pan on the gas. And while frying this paratha, it was also buttered on both sides.
In this way, these potato and carrot parathas are made in a very simple way. And after making these parathas, curd is served in a bowl while serving them. These parathas are very delicious with curd. After having such a delicious and amazing breakfast in the morning, today was really amazing. Because after starting the day with such a nice and beautiful and delicious breakfast, the whole day was bound to go well.
So in this way, potato carrot parathas were made in Sunday special breakfast at our house. Indeed, the taste of these parathas was very amazing and delicious.
