¡Hola a todos! Aproveché que estuve unos días en casa y me animé a tomas cuantas fotografías con la función macro de mi teléfono (un Xiaomi Redmi 9), ya que cuento con un patio y la iluminación estaba perfecta. Por lo general siempre suelo retratar flores u hojas, que es lo que me gusta mucho, pero para ésta ocasión, pensé en fijarme en la corteza de algunos de los árboles. Debo admitir que las fotos que obtuve, me parecieron bastante interesantes.

Hello everyone! I took advantage of the fact that I was home for a few days and decided to take a few photos with the macro function of my phone (a Xiaomi Redmi 9), since I have a patio and the lighting was perfect. Usually I always shoot flowers or leaves, which is what I really like, but for this occasion, I thought I'd look at the bark of some of the trees. I must admit that the photos I got, I found quite interesting.

Primero que nada, me llamó la atención la forma de corazón que tenía una de las secciones de un árbol de lechosa. Interesantemente allí se hallaba una rama y tras caerse naturalmente, dejó un peculiar diseño.

First of all, I was struck by the heart shape that one of the sections of a papaya tree had. Interestingly, there was a branch and after falling naturally, it left a peculiar design.

Luego tenemos la corteza de uno de los árboles de guanábana. Las hendiduras me hicieron pensar en un pequeño risco, en donde pueden escalar alpinistas en miniatura (en éste caso, las hormigas je je).

Then we have the bark of one of the soursop trees. The crevices made me think of a small cliff, where miniature climbers (in this case, ants hehe) can climb.

Y para finalizar y quizás lo más bizarro o lo que me animó a tomar éstas fotografías, fue la corteza de uno de los árboles de aguacate. Desde hace años, nos comentaron que ese árbol se encontraba enfermo y que esas cosas que crecen en su corteza, es símbolo de ese mal. Pero aún así, el árbol siempre ha dado buenos frutos, de hecho, son de los mejores aguacates que he probado. Lo cual demuestra lo fuerte que puede resultar la naturaleza.

And finally, and perhaps the most bizarre or what encouraged me to take these photographs, was the bark of one of the avocado trees. For years, they told us that this tree was sick and that those things that grow on its bark are a symbol of that disease. But even so, the tree has always borne good fruit, in fact, they are some of the best avocados I have ever tasted. Which shows how strong nature can be.

Sé que hubiese sido más estético traer fotografías de flores... pero en cierto modo, estas me parecieron lindas. De hecho, hasta me he animado a hacer algunas ediciones en miniatura con ellas. Muchas gracias por haber visitado mi publicación. Espero que les haya parecido interesante.
