(ENG/ESP) A Great Find: Murals I Came Across While Biking / Un gran hallazgo: Murales que encontré mientras íbamos en bicicleta 🚲🎨

Hello to all street art lovers! A few weeks ago I had the exciting experience of riding a bicycle with the sole mission of photographing the beautiful murals that are located in the Carorita region, in the northern part of the city of Barquisimeto (Venezuela).. I had been going to that place for a while and I had always been called by one or another graffiti along the way, but I did not expect that one day, I would find myself with a display of murals scattered in various parts of that route. I am a lover of color and these murals have them in abundance. Luckily, they fulfilled my whim and took me on a bicycle to photograph these beautiful projects one by one. The first shows us the portrait of a man who is known in the place, nicknamed "Uva". I fell in love with that drawing, where not only the artist demonstrates his good handling of faces but also the effect he achieved by placing that bright blue tone, which makes the portrait shine from afar. Without a doubt, one of my favourites.
Later we can see a more extensive one, so much so that it was difficult for me to get a complete shot of it. In this mural we can read the sentence "Welcome to the Vencedores de Carorita Commune", painted on a black background, which makes the letters beautifully painted with different colors stand out. As you can imagine, I was completely fascinated by it. I think I'll recreate that technique for painting letters at some point.
Another colorful and extensive mural caught my attention, adding to it the drawing style, quite adorable in my opinion and full of some messages like "No to Bullying", "More respect, less discrimination", "No to drugs", "Value to your friends", among others.
In a mural we can see portrayed the "semerucos" tree, which is a fruit that occurs a lot in the area, something sweet and sour that usually serves as an appetizer. As well as the tiles, beautiful birds of a fairly intense blue color that are instantly recognizable when seen passing by.
I liked the next one a lot because of its design and colors, I'm not sure, but it seems to me that it represents a well-known figure from the place.
There is also a mural in favor of women and their lives free of violence.
They could not miss the portraits of Simón Bolívar, the liberator of the homeland.
On another large wall, there is a mural dedicated to various animals such as a goat, a tile, an iguana and the phrase "Na'guará", an expression that the Larenses use a lot to denote impression or amazement (a phrase that I use a lot ha ha ).
In addition to that, we saw some simple but fun drawings, as well as a graffiti that caught my attention, because next to it was the phrase "Don't pollute, lower two". Without a doubt, it was a wonderful tour and a little difficult to navigate because of the intense sun, I even had to take a break because my phone had overheated and it did not allow me to use the camera haha but I am glad that I was able to get all those photos and show them here in the community. I hope I find more places like these in the future and have the opportunity to photograph them.
Thank you very much for visiting my publication. I hope you found it interesting.
Until a next opportunity!
