Membership stores were popular back in the day where you'd have to pay a premium in order to gain access to imported goods. But nowadays, the market is a lot more open and you can buy a lot of products everywhere. But when I heard that there was a membership promo for a nearby Landers Superstore, I decided to avail it. We then went there as a family and checked out what the store had to offer.

There was an ongoing Japan festival when we came. There were loads of Japanese ramens, crackers, confectioneries, and cosmetics right at the entrance.

But what really piqued my interest were the spirits. There were some bargain deals especially on beers, some nearing the expiry dates, and some still years away.

I was attracted by the beauty of this can of Sapporo. I've tried this beer before but it's my first time seeing it in this kind of packaging. It was a bit costly compared to other beers but I still bought one mainly because of the can.

We went further in and it was pretty spacious. There was a mix of local and imported products being displayed. There were many items that I haven't heard of before. It's nice to discover new things. I would say the selection of products was okay and there's even some good deals offered.

And after a tiring day of strolling around, we decided to have our lunch in the store as well. Little did we know that the wait time would be long. It took us almost an hour to have our meal which was a bit frustrating.


But I calmed down when the food finally arrived. It was delicious and definitely worth the wait. We haven't really bought much in the store as we were just checking out the products they had. We'll definitely be back when they launch a major sale event.
