Stress [SPA/ENG]

Hola, espero estén teniendo un día estupendo. Hoy traté de tomarme las cosas con calma, ayer tuve un pico de estrés muy alto y me empezó a costar respirar, sentía que me asfixiaba x.x me asusté mucho. Fue un llamado de atención bastante importante y obviamente, no lo pasaré por alto.

Hi, I hope you are having a great day. I tried to take it easy today, yesterday I had a very high stress spike and I started to find it hard to breathe, I felt like I was suffocating x.x I got really scared. It was a pretty major wake up call and obviously, I won't overlook it.
