Hello! Its so great to be here finally here.

My name is Esther, a proud Nigerian, well I am proud to be a Nigerian because I believe I am here for a purpose. I currently reside in FCT Abuja and I am an HR Personnel by profession. I am fun to be with introvertic angel, have you seen that before? That's just to let you know I am amazing! So follow me as I take you on a journey through my boring yet interesting life. I don't know what is your definition of boring, we all have our definitions but for me, boring is when I'm hungry! Oh, come on! like foods are there for us to eat. So yeah, you know already, I like food, I don't joke with my belly.

I joined hive because I see this as an opportunity to relate and network with sharp minds like myself, also because writing is something I love to do, I have lots of ideas, lots of stories to share, and for me, the best way to communicate all this is through my writings as I strongly believe, writing goes farther than words, especially when leveraging a powerful community such as #hive.

I joined hive through the help of a friend @starstrings01 who happened to be my secondary schoolmate, based on my introverted nature I never spoke with him all the while we were in secondary school even though he was very close with my cousin who also attends my secondary school, but was I the only one being shy to start up a conversation first? I think we both were, or probably because he was crushing on me. Lol! @starstrings01 come and clear yourself here! After we passed out of Secondary school, we started talking via Facebook, where he was bold to request my phone number and since then, 5years plus, if I'm correct we have been friends.
So yeah! I am an introvert but I decided not to be anymore, I challenged myself to not be a one-man ranger, I decided in my heart to make more friends, of course, like-minded friends. NYSC was the perfect opportunity for me.

I am currently a corp member, My three weeks in the camp were so stressful, several times I wished I could fly through the fence and runoff, like leave my things and just run away but that was just a thought, I didn't make many friends in camp but I made a few whom I love so much.

As I stated earlier, I am an HR Personnel, I really love anything that has to do with Administration and people management, to me it's just a challenge I find intriguing. Of recent, I participated in outreach as I volunteer with an NGO known as beyondtheclassroomfoundation, I was the second speaker. I had so much fun speaking to the girls about Menstrual Hygienic procedures. (find pictures below). Another thing I love apart from food & work is Children, I like food oo, not a foodie but I like food

Now that I am here, how do I plan to add value to the hive platform, simple! I plan to participate in activities, engage others and provide qualitative & enlightning information here based on the subject matter and also invite more friends to join me here.
