Detroit: Becomes Human Chapter 1
Hola Fellow Gamers, hope you all are doing great.
Finally, I have decided to play Detroit: Become Human, a game full of choices and narrative. Available on Steam (Paid). One may also download the free version through other means.
Without wasting anytime, let us get straight into it.
So, I opted for Experienced level difficulty because, I wanted to keep it as realistic as possible. After some initial basics and setting, the game starts.
Story
Remember: This is not just a story, this is our future.
Connor (Our Protagonist) is seen flipping and playing with the coin in lift.
The first core is to whether save the fish or not, which of course, I did save. Because, why not?
Then appears a woman chanting 'You are sending an Android, why not a real person?' Guard is seen taking her away.
Chapter 1
Now, let us get started with the mission.
To save the girl (daughter of deceased) as told by Captain Allen.
With this in mind, I started looking for the clues. As the initial chances of success rate were less than half (48%).
I started searching for clues and success ratio began to increase little by little. But, yes, every second counts.
After inspection, I had enough information lile Deviant has the fathers gun and Deviant killed the father out of jealousy (as father was going to replace Daniel with a better deviant).
Now, with the high chances of success, I just went out and those cinematics with the snipers on the roof and helicopter approaching were amazing.
Through Connor, I decided to take sympathetic and calm approach towards Daniel. This is when Connor gave a heart-touching quote.
These emotions you are feeling are just error in your software.
Mission Successful
After some dealings with Daniel, Connor saves the girl by sacrificing himself and Daniel. Mission Successful!
Lastly, a short introduction about the game, it is an interactive game set in a near future 2038 where androids seek autonomy in a human world. Combination of making quick decisions, exploration and their consequences. It’s cinematics are just so realistic and by now, what I have seen is full of emotional depth. You have to make moral decisions and the fun part is almost every chapter has multiple endings, depending on the choices made.
Well, this is all from the first chapter.
Thanks for sticking by!
See you in the next chapter.
(Note: Do guide me, as I am still new. Will be grateful.)
It's good that you decided to play it, I remember when it came out I saw many gameplays, it took years until I could have the PC to play it and the money to buy it, so I understand that feeling. It really is a beautiful experience that makes you think about your own morality but at the same time you wonder.... What if? So it makes you want to replay it even more and see all the possibilities.
Yes mister, it really is a top-tier game and that feeling is inexpressible, buying a good PC and then able to purchase the game and play. Wish life had all these re-play choices 😉
Thanks!
