When anxiety strikes

Every human being has anxiety that afflicts every heart they have both when they are happy and sad, both men and women.

Especially when we get older, the anxiety we feel becomes even greater because of the many things we have to think about.

So that sometimes the nights are getting longer and the wind is getting colder, making sometimes the anxiety we face makes us more angry about the future.
