Rising star weekly update with our favourite card predicting the weather.....
Introduction
We thought we would do a weekly update on what we are up to and how we are doing on Rising Star. Raves are still going and people are working them out with 2 big teams fighting it out. In other news it is great to see @foxon back hopefully feeling a little better? Lots of people were particularly happy as he fixed up his brilliant site https://beta.rsgfam.com/ which is very useful for bulk buying cards and uniques at the cheapest price.
Our progress so far
We are currently in position 19th on the leader board it is definitely tough holding our position and there is lots of people who want the top spots. Lots of debate on what should give you the most points for the leaderboard!
Favourite card for the week
Every week we will highlight our favourite card for the week. This week it is the epic Abigail....it sums up the weather in Brighton and has a good old Jux dad joke and great stats...what more od you want out of a card!
The Stick Up Boys tip for the week
This week our tip for newbies is to look at your progress in the game. There have been some people saying that they want to do this and that in the game and some things are not available to new players. Well it is a game you have to level up to get to different maps and features, that is how games work. Lots of player have given hours and hours of play to get to their level and open up all the options. So if you are new ask in chat what you could be doing, get your Starbits and fans up then you will start to develop in the game. Please do not expect to have everything when you start a game, where would the fun in that be!

I started late too, but I enjoy playing and collecting cards.. I've never felt any pressure to keep up with others who have been here much longer.

I have heard about this game from a lot of people but haven't started playing it yet. Also saw your post today so I'm thinking to start playing it too as it looks very interesting.
It is a nice game and community and free to start, takes a while to get going but lots of music in it!
