Dear Hivians, the first month of 2023 has already gone and I think that for better or worse we are all satisfied with this month thanks also to a good recovery in the markets and also in our beloved Hive. Unfortunately, in a few days I'll have to stop for a while, but only for a few days, but for sure the first few days I won't be able to write with my hand that has just been operated on. Yes, because they called me the other day confirming that on February 7th I will have surgery on my right hand at the San Marco hospital in Mestre. I am happy because this pain for the useless arm in making efforts and going back to work will finally end.

Cari Hivians, il primo mese del 2023 è già andato e penso che bene o male siamo tutti soddisfatti di questo mese grazie anche ad un bella risalita dei mercati e anche del nostro amato Hive. Purtroppo tra alcuni giorno dovrò fermarmi per un po', ma solo per qualche giorno, ma sicuramente i primi giorni non sarò in grado di scrivere con la mano appena operata. Si, perchè l'altro giorno mi hanno chiamato confermandomi che il 7 Febbraio sarò operato alla mano destra all'ospedale San Marco di Mestre. Sono felice perchè finalmente finirà questa pena per il braccio inutilizzabile nel fare sforzi e tornare a lavorare.

But if on the one hand I'm happy that this date has arrived, on the other I'm not happy to end up under the surgeon's knife, I don't have a good relationship with hospitals, and I also have to thank the covid that will make me go to the hospital too the previous day for the molecular swab even though I don't have to meet with the anesthetist because it's a local anesthesia only in the arm. I complain for the simple fact that since I am being operated on by a specialist that I found after several searches, given that nothing has ever been solved in a conventional hospital, I am forced to travel 200 kilometers round trip from my home to Mestre. Then the next day I'll have to be there at 7 in the morning, boh, I don't even have to go fishing so early, mostly fasting, so I'll wake up at 4:30 and start fasting, that if I don't eat I can't even stand up, but at that time I have to drive, my mother will came with me, but in the dark she can't see driving... Alright, but after this little outburst, the important thing is that they finally fix this arm for me, which I was so tired after almost a year of problems and visits...

Ma se da una parte sono felice che è arrivata questa data, dall'altra non sono felice di finire sotto i ferri del chirurgo, non ho un bel rapporto con gli ospedali, inoltre devo anche ringraziare il covid che mi farà andare all'ospedale anche il giorno precedente per il tampone molecolare nonostante non devo fare l'incontro con l'anestesista perchè è un'anestesia locale solo nel braccio. Mi lamento per il semplice fatto che essendo che vengo operato da uno specialista che ho trovato dopo diverse ricerche, visto che in ospedale convenzionale non mi hanno mai risolto nulla, sono costretto a fare 200 chilometri tra andata e ritorno da casa mia fino a Mestre. Poi il giorno seguente dovrò essere li alle 7 di mattina, che non so, nemmeno dovessi andare a pescare così presto, perlopiù a digiuno, così sarà sveglia alle 4:30 e partenza a digiuno, che se non mangio non sto neanche in piedi, ma a quell'ora devo guidare io, mi accompagnerà mia madre, ma con il buio non ci vede a guidare... Vabbè ma terminato questo piccolo sfogo, l'importante è che finalmente mi sistemano questo braccio, che non ne potevo più dopo quasi un anno di problemi e visite...

Good but not sufficient with the goals I had set for myself, where I would have liked to interact at least twice as much, but I hadn't consider all the daily commitments. But what I most want to share are my support numbers for Hive users, with:

Peccato che dovrò fermarmi per un po' quando stavo proprio andando bene con Hive, sia per pubblicazione che per interazione, dove ho conosciuto davvero tanti nuovi utenti interessanti e fatto molte belle nuove amicizie. Nella scorsa settimana ho raggiunto il miglior risultato di sempre con oltre 6000 punti, classificandomi 26, con 146 commenti a 57 persone diverse e su 32 post di autori unici. Buoni ma non sufficienti con gli obiettivi che mi ero prefissato, dove avrei voluto interagire almeno il doppio, ma non avevo fatto il conto con tutti gli impegni quotidiani. Ma quello che più mi preme condividere è i numeri del mio supporto agli utenti di Hive, con ben:

1921 voti distribuiti a 1096 utenti diversi!!!

My vote is not worth a lot, I have 16k with the delegation that I bought precisely to be able to support as many users as possible. By never voting for my posts, I certainly didn't gain anything in this delegation operation, in fact I lost 40% I think, since I often voted at 60%, but it doesn't matter, 40 Hives lost, against more than 1000 of Author Rewards, if you ask me if it was worth it, of course my friends.

Il mio voto non vale moltissimo, ho 16k con le deleghe che ho acquistato appunto per poter supportare in modo maggiore più utenti possibili. Sicuramente non votando mai i miei post non ho guadagnato nulla in quest'operazione delle deleghe, anzi ho perso il 40% credo, visto che votavo spesso al 60%, ma non importa, 40 Hive persi, contro più di 1000 di Author Rewards, se mi chiedete se ne valeva la pena, certo che si amici.

So my basic advice is always the same, take good care of your posts, take care of the images, don't upload the photo and that's it, fix the lights, cut out if there are any defects, try to make everything fluid and harmonious. Obviously you need to propose interesting or useful posts and topics, rather than writing a miserable post because you don't have time, write a beautiful post even if it takes more time or more days and finally but FUNDAMENTAL, do curation and interaction, because it is the heart that Hive moves, support the quality and those who are committed to making Hive a better place. If you put all these things together, the results will come, but like all good things, it takes time, effort, study and dedication.

Perchè grazie ad un voto più sostanzioso e la possibilità di supportare molti più utenti che portano qualità in Hive, mi ha permesso di far conoscere sempre più il mio profilo e i miei post, dove il supporto che ho ricevuto è raddoppiato in questo primo mese.

Per cui il mio consiglio base è sempre quello, curate bene i vostri post, curate le immagini, non caricate la foto e basta, sistemate le luci, ritagliate se ci sono difetti, cercate di rendere tutto fluido e armonioso. Ovviamente bisogna proporre post e argomenti interessanti o utili, piuttosto che scrivere un post misero perchè non avete tempo, scrivete un post bello anche se vi occorre più tempo o più giorni e in fine ma FONDAMENTALE, fate curation e interazione, perchè è il cuore che muove Hive, supportate la qualità e chi si impegna per rendere Hive un posto migliore. Se metterete insieme tutte queste cose i risultati arriveranno, ma come tutte le cose belle, ci vuole tempo, impegno, studio e dedizione.
