Every small step. 6th LPUD in a row. February 2023.

About a year ago, I started accumulating second-layer Hive tokens. Some came to me in the form of rewards for posts, some for curation, and some I bought in the market in small batches. I liked watching my savings grow and pay dividends, even in a bear market. I just kept adding, averaging, watching and never selling. It was small steps, but every day. I watered that bed and watched the weather, so that nothing would die without my control...

After about half a year, I began to feel that the bed was growing itself and helping new plants grow. I have been adding, and I am adding new tokens all the time. I experiment with them and observe. Some go away on their own from my list, and some I try again and leave for a long time. It doesn't take long if you keep your focus on your main assets.

Yes, it all started with a few tokens. If I'm not mistaken, my first LEO purchase was about 10 tokens. Then 50, 100 and I started participating in Leo HPUD. If I was buying the same tokens, but at $10 - $20 a month (instead of $2 - $5), my bed would be bearing my first fruits right now. But none of this would have happened if I hadn't started accumulating a year ago. Maybe even this post.

Every small step

Investing cannot be sold. It is everyone's choice. At each stage, you will need to clearly understand what you are doing and why. What are the risks and what is the expected profit. Perhaps that's why many put off this decision for tomorrow, and tomorrow for the day after tomorrow, and so on. There are no guarantees and no clear deadlines. There is only you, your money and a huge potential in the future. Money always makes money. Sooner or later.

With or without me.

Maybe one morning I'll wake up and look at my Hive savings and see the number I dream of seeing. And it won't be the end, it will just be the beginning of my journey through the world of investing and cryptocurrency. Right now, I'm just practicing on the dust I earn here and there. But if I didn't, dreaming of a huge sum would be silly. Now every little step counts. And I make them every day.

All of this is slowly teaching me finance on my money. And also on my thoughts, reasoning, successes and even mistakes. I get experience every day, then after a while I apply it. And you know, I'm getting better every day!

And I take one small step again!

What's important

It's funny to see how most people feel about cryptocurrency or investing in my country. Anything they are unfamiliar with is a priori fraud. If you can't touch it, it's not money or it's not there at all. It's strange to think this way, when everyone has been using credit cards and installments on goods for a long time.

I realized this when I first saw the price of an NFT that cost more than my apartment. I realized that my thinking was formulaic, and I was definitely missing something. That was my very first step into cryptocurrency, after which I dove headfirst into this world. But it all started with a realization. One can't start investing without changing one's mindset. Can't successfully buy something you don't understand...

It's impossible to wake up rich without doing something.

Crypto gave me a chance, Hive showed me this world, and LeoFinance taught me how to do it right. It's so easy to take that first step now with all the tools and information at your fingertips. But we still have to sell investments. And after all, it's an investment in ourselves. Whatever the outcome.

Awareness. The small step. Conclusions. Repeat!

The goal of 1,000 LP has been reached last month. My next goal is 10K LP! But I'm going to go for it in small steps, speeding up as I go. I'm ready for the future, I've accepted the risks. Right now, I'm learning and having fun! I wish you the same).
