I've been meaning to get this wristwatch for a while, but every time I put it off, I felt as though I didn't need it since I already had one on.

I used to have an Oraimo smart watch that looked very similar to the Apple iWatch 7series, but it was stolen at church. I had to keep the watch somewhere because I needed to do something and when I was finished, I couldn't find my wrist watch. It hurt so much because I adored it and it was expensive.

This newly purchased watch had always piqued my interest. As a Christmas present, I bought a similar type of watch for my father. And I got it for $10 back then, but now I got it for $15.

I purchased this wristwatch from Jumia, Nigeria's well-known online marketplace. I ordered the product on December 12 and it arrived two days later on December 15. The delivery was quick, taking only two days. If I were in Lagos, Nigeria, the product might have taken a day to arrive.

The watch is stunning, appearing mature and complex on the wrists. It has some pretty cool features, which I'll go over in this post. It has the majority of the features found in popular G-shock watches.

As the image above shows, the watch is both digital and analogue. It displays the date, time, and day, as well as setting an alarm. I'd demonstrate how to use the wristwatch to configure the features listed above.

Before going through each feature, you'll notice that the wristwatch has four buttons in addition to the large knob in the middle. The large knob is used to set the analogue time, while the other four buttons serve the following purposes:

First Button at 10:00 - LIGHT
(Button A)

	In a situation, if you are in the dark, this function comes in handy to know what the time is.

Second Button at 8:00 - MODE
(Button B)

	You click on Button B to change the mode to a particular feature or function you want to access.

Third Button at 2:00 - START
(Button C)

	This button is to start a feature

Fourth Button at 4:00 - RESET
(Button D)

	This button is to reset a feature

STOPWATCH FEATURE

As seen in the Gif above, the watch has a stopwatch feature. To set the stopwatch, press button B once, then press button C to start the stop watch. Button C also stops the stopwatch, and Button D resets the stopwatch.

TO SET ALARM

	Setting Up Alarm...

Press button B twice to set an alarm, and button C to increase the time. To switch between hour and minute time, press button D.

TO TURN OFF THE ALARM

If you don't want your alarm to ring every day after the set time, you must turn it off. To do so, press both buttons C and D, and the alarm will be turned off. Please see the images below:

TO SET TIME

To set the time, press button B three times, then button C to increment, and button D to switch between hour, minute, and seconds.

TO SET DATE

You only need to click on button B three times and then button D three times to set the date. Button D continues to perform the same function of switching between Day and Month.

TO SET DAY

To set the day, press button B three times and then button D five times. The button C is used to toggle between days.

My thoughts about the Wristwatch...

The watch is really cool, but it would take some time to learn how to configure these features. Because I didn't know how to go about changing the date and day, I was initially very perplexed. I still don't understand the purpose of the 1/100 sec, and I'm sure the watch has other features that I'm unaware of.

As I mentioned earlier, I had purchased a watch like this for my father, but at the time, I wasn't disciplined enough to figure out how to use it. The lack of a manual that came with my watch surprised me because it would have been very simple to understand how to use it.

The watch I ordered for my father came with an instruction manual, but I never read it, so it would have been simple for me if I had. I live far away from my parents' house, so I couldn't easily request his manual, and if I did, I'm sure he wouldn't know where it is because it's been a year since I gave him the watch as a gift.
