My Go-To Podcasts for Daily Motivation and Personal Growth

Just as we feed our stomach daily, we should also feed our mind too

The quality of our minds is the quality of our lives. I am a believer of this word and this is because our actions are determined by our reasoning. Whatever we reason to be a good decision, we do and every decision we take in our lives has a form of impact. Not only limited to taking decisions, our emotions and esteem are solely based on the quality of our mind, which adds up to the importance why the mind needs to be fed on a daily basis.

Mind you! If you do not consciously feed your mind with what you want for your life, society will fill it with its own ideas. At the end, your life will not be determined by you but by the norms of society. You may probably end up having a shitty life because your mind fed up on unhealthy food filtered on the internet (social media) or your environment.

This is where reading books and podcasts come to play in my life. Sometimes, I find it difficult to read every day, but I try not to make it difficult to listen to a 10-minute podcast that contributes to the growth of my mind every day. This is a necessity for me to keep fueling my self-belief, esteem and growth.

One of the podcast I listen to is the:

Success Addicted Podcast

The Success addicted podcast is a podcast that holds the recordings of great motivational speakers like Napoleon Hill, Jim Rohn, and many others. I got to know about this podcast after I started using Spotify very actively. I went looking for success and motivational contents to consume so that I could feed my mind on a daily basis and I was glad to have found this Podcast. Ever since, it has been my number-one go-to podcast every day.

My next best listen is:

Stoic Lessons

Although not as often as success addicted, I listen to stoic lessons very well. I love this podcast because the lessons resonate with the kind of person I want to be, and also because it teaches about the way of life and the way of people, most especially on how to react to people's behaviours.

One more Podcast that I listen to is:

The Resilent Mind

This podcast is also a motivational podcast like Success Addicted but the key difference is that it covers a broader range of topics and shares recordings of successful men and women who have come to share their story or speeches they have made on a particular topic.

Presently, I am listening to a podcast uploaded today about a popular evangelist and motivational speaker. He was born without hands or legs and he has been able to survive even with the limitations he was born with.

How Do I Find Time to Listen to These Podcasts

I know sometimes it is easy to get caught up in activities, which is why I always choose to start my day listening to any of these. Some episodes might just require 10 minutes of me, while others may be longer, and this time frame is not too big to provide the time to feed my mind. In fact, I have gotten so fond of it that I listen for over an hour and sometimes just leave some episodes that I have previously listened to on replay while I do other things.

Another way is by taking a walk, especially when going to school. Instead of taking cab to school or back home, I see the opportunity to spending the time gained from walking to and from school plugging my ears to listen to these podcasts. This way, I energize myself, reorient my mindset and filter every form of negativity, fear and disbelief in myself.

The world is filled with negativity and we need to have methods in which we keep our battery of positivity and self-belief at a full percentage or else we will get low and end up not having the fulfilled life that we desire.

I absolutely agree with you.
We tend to absorb negative vibes without even trying, while positivity requires our conscious efforts.
Listening to podcasts is the most simple way to stay on track, as that could sharpen our minds to make good decisions in life.
Your selection is quite nice; it must be really impactful.

This is the irony of life. Good things are difficult to learn but when it is bad, they come just easy.

I am glad that you like my selections. I hope you get to check them out.

Not Netflix. I make use of Spotify to listen to podcasts. You can click on any of the images above to be directed to the podcast menu.

You're a focused person, as your interesting podcast picks clearly show. And reading books or long texts for motivation won't exactly work for most people, so some will definitely stick with one or two from your list.
