Last month, Dec. 2019, saw us at 11,500 neoxag rewards for 31 days. The curation levels were tweaked to try and make up for a possible Christmas lull, thinking that many will be more offline than on. The timing was pretty decent, as I recall the curation actually picked up a slight bit, no perceived drop-off. I have since increased it again, I do want to run the curation..... as hard as possible, to maximize returns. Some curates may be getting 2 votes a day, I believe that is the maximum settings right now.

We are running out of room to increase the vote frequency, so other measures will be needed.

1. More Delegation!
   … many are increasing the DELI on a weekly basis, I'm not gonna beat a dead horse so to speak but this is perhaps the best avenue to increasing earnings. Sure Fire win-win for all, a bigger PIE means Moar Pie for ALL!
   

2. Better Analytics:
   … I would like to know more about individual accounts that we are curating, maybe who could receive an extra vote, or who has a larger following, etc. HF21 has a mix of old and new curation rewards guidelines, and the better we know "who, what, when, where" etc the better we can exploit the new arrangement.

Once I have a new set of analytics I will adjust the outgoing curation list, some may gain, some may be limited to once daily, especially if they are only posting once a day. But overall the Crew should see an uptick in rewards. STEEM is now 50% curation and it seems to be working. Even my UNDY account has seen increases by the new folks seeking good content! 😎

THESE are the main concerns going forward, I am considering a "bounty" for referrals of NEW Members, bringing in NEW DELI (not New DelHi 🤣 necessarily...) I can reward them from my personal stake. I has a BUNCH of SPI. Last I checked, I was the #1 HODL'er of SPI, but several are right behind me! 😳😲
