GETTING STARTED ON MINETEST “NEOXIAN METAVERSE”

First and foremost, I’d like to appreciate @raymondspeaks for the enormous amount of time and energy he has been putting into structuring this very fast-rising metaverse.

Today I will be talking about how to set up yourself on Minetest in reference to Neoxian metaverse as there’s an uprise of newbies joining this server every day. Why not? There are missions to be completed and rewards to be won from Mr. Dragon himself.

Here we get rolling…

• Q – What is Minetest?

A- Google it, I am not here to waste time on pieces of stuff that could easily to found with a click.

• Q – How do I join NM Minetest?

A- The metaverse is only open to members of the community on discord, as this is where missions are announced.

• Q - What is the very first to do on NM as a new player?

A- Explore, Have a feel of the game. Don’t be scared to try out new stuff on your own. Press every key/icon, break stuff, Anything goes. It’s just a game, you’re welcome to mess up as much as you want until you crack it, but not in people’s houses, please!!!

When you are down messing around, get a grip and settle down like an adult.
Find a good spot and build a house. I wrote about this in my PREVIOUS POST about how to site a good environment for building your crib and I’m not going back and forth for nobody. I appreciate your 2cents upvote in advance.

Bonus Tip

Once you’ve made up your mind on where to call your home, you would want to put a bed down asap and sleep on it. This is will register that very location to the server as your home and every time you die, you restart from that location. There are chances you might wander off a bit and forget your house location or you might die and respawn from the server's starting point, all your efforts would be in vain if you can’t locate your unregistered house.
