Unexpected coastal art
Don't ask me if I sat on those wonderful, creatively decorated benches along the Black Sea coast of the small Bulgarian Black Sea town of Pomorie.
Because this is where the risks lie when: First - you travel with the thought that one life is not enough. 😄
And Second - you try to photograph everything (beautiful and interesting that you come across). Once with a camera and once with a phone.
Yes, time really is not enough for everything in this life.
So I often miss some things. Like sitting on one of those beautiful benches and watching the sunset.
And enjoying the moment.
For the moment was indeed to be enjoyed.
I was at sea - the cherished goal and dream of so many of us.
We all strive to reach it at some point in the year, don't we?
It was also at the time of the sunset - an extremely beautiful moment of every single day in our lives, isn't it. But at sea, this special moment is even more wonderful than anywhere else.
Then - I accidentally came across this art. Whether this is accidental street art or commissioned street art, I don't know.
I didn't have time to think about it. I didn't even have time to look at them in detail. At each bench separately. Because each one of them is special. Each carries its own distinct and unique theme and pattern.
I have to admit that I was coming to this city for the first time. I only had one night available there. And I don't even know if I'll ever visit it again.
I know I shouldn't be so paranoid about life. But guys, one lifetime is really not enough to see everything one wants to see.
That is why I created this community.
I know we can be useful to each other by exchanging information - by showing places and things, different points of view even if they are not different places, because you know everyone sees things differently.
But here the feeling is important. And the information.
What would you say - did you like this unexpected coastal art in this small seaside town? 😊

Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you. |

Well I find a beauty that series of benches drawn friend @soulsdetour, very nice, it is fortunate that you could spend at least one day in that place and capture such a beautiful work. A nice find, greetings
Thank you, dear @lileisabel 😊 When you travel without a particular plan and organization, the chances of encountering unexpected things are very high. And therein lies the charm of travel!
Regards
I love this kind of creativity. It doesn't cost a lot and gives a much better look of the places. I only wonder, if those have been designed as benches, would anyone sit on them? :)))

Ha ha, I thought the same 😄 I don't usually sit on benches just like that. Especially when they are so beautifully and brightly painted. What if they are freshly painted?

This reminds me of an island in Cebu called Mactan that painted their entire city with the shades of orange, yellow, green and some other light colors. You could see it all over the island's street, walls, public spaces, etc. I find it pleasant but when the Mayor changed, they scrapped the entire thing.
I googled Mactan and the first photo I saw was of a coastal sunset similar to the one I'm showing here. 😄
It's a shame they removed this, colors always work well on people's psyche. Not only as a beautifier of the surroundings.
