Sphinx, the guardian of the gates

I saw this cat in front of a small apartment building in a small town.

A true sphinx, and a true guardian of the gates. Huge in stature and very strong. Self-confident and arrogant. You see how he doesn't even dignify me with his attention. 😄

And when I reached out to pet him, he tried to bite me. 😆
Of course, he's the keeper and the boss here. How would anyone try to pet him?

Yes, he can do anything. He might be scratching at his workplace because some goddamn fleas are bothering him, the boss. But he is the guardian, the most important figure here, in the house and in front of it. What are some people there at all?

He seems to be a domestic cat. Because of the neck strap. And because of all his arrogance.
I don't know if arrogance was born from his human parents' upbringing and they instilled it in him from a young age. You know how much children/fur kids resemble their parents in behavior and even in appearance. Or he behaves in the same arrogant way with them at home too. 😁
But I can tell you that I have rarely seen such an open claim of superiority of the feline race over the human race. Usually this superiority is stated and shown in a more veiled and disguised way.

After all, the comfort of these animals in most cases depends on us, humans. Whether you will take this creature into your cozy house, whether you will give it a warm place to sleep and tasty food to eat - all this will also be influenced by the cat's behavior towards us.

Or even that is not true and they always get everything they want 😂
