Quiet as sunset

On Sunday it was quiet around again. Actually, I imagined it would be. I've been imagining it since the morning. Because whenever there are elections, there is a special silence around. And now you will ask how I noticed it. Well, in recent years there have already been elections quite a few times. And the next ones were this Sunday. But somehow my expectations were not met. It was quiet, yes, but not as quiet as usual.

I don't know if this date was chosen purposefully, but I saw that many of my acquaintances simply went to the sea this weekend, or somewhere on an excursion outside the country. Maybe to find an excuse not to vote. The people who remained also seemed to find an excuse not to vote.

Again, people were making noise around. But still, it was quieter than usual. Kind of quiet. As it can only be at sunset. Well, sunset of everything maybe. But who knows?
