They're rolling out a chatbot that's not just your regular automated helper, but one powered by generative AI. What caught my attention is how they're aiming to handle questions their current system can't crack (about 10% of inquiries), while making their existing service even snappier.

Given they're dealing with 50,000 questions daily, that's no small feat. I think it's pretty smart how they're feeding the AI with their existing materials to keep answers accurate - definitely important when you're handling banking matters for 10 million customers.
