BYPASSING AN INSTITUTE

This is a picture I took while walking through an Agriculture institute near my School.
In Nigeria there are seven (7) Research institute in which one is located besides my school of study National Root Crops Research institute [NRCRI] is Located in Umudike, Abia State.
The institute is very Beautiful that you will tend to be feeding your eyes with nice settings of trees around.

They play great Roles in Agriculture at a Large they make research which in turn would be beneficial to Agriculture at Large in the society.

There work includes:

• Irrigation engineering: They make use of technology to produce water for the farm even in times of lack of water.
• Irrigated crop production: Even in lack of water they can use irrigated means in production of crops for consumption.
• Mechanization of crop production: They brings ideas and knowledge which will help in the modern and advanced way of growing crops.
• Post harvest Research: After pre planting and planting of crops they source for ideas that would be good for harvesting of the crops and after harvesting for the betterment of the land for another planting.

Going through I just captured the coconut plantation in the institute

This is how my walk through the beautiful place went.
Creating varieties of new crops would also be one aspect they are very good at. All about using ideas and knowledge to create research and produce new crops varieties.
