Hello guys I'm back and It's time to join the Splinterlands art contest again. For this week I decided to draw a water based character for my entry since my last one was a fire based character (Pyromaniac)😁.

I went to the splinterlands website to see if there were any water based cards that I can work with and found 'Merdaali Guradian', a character which looks like a fusion of dolphin or shark with Mermaid like overall design. The face looked a bit similar to that of a shark but I didn't want to follow that design. I made Merdaali more human like and as you can see a more charming version of Merdaali was born😊.

I'm quite satisfied with the final result here hehe. I was betting everything on the beautiful colour palette here. Combining the card's colour combo with an orange background made it really vivid. Orange and Blue just works well together just like pink and blue.

I'm excited to see the entries of others artists this week. I hope everyone participates so everyone can see different art varieties of same or different cards.

What I've never seen her card before. The rendition is pretty though uwu and I completely forgot about this

Thanks and just like you I also don't know much about cards so I just googled water based splinterlands card and found her.

I also forgot about the contest xd. From what I know we can participate once a week so a total of 4 entries per month hehe.

I honestly just choose from the website but I'm not sure if I'm seeing all the cards. And in my defense, I was sick for a few days so the internet world was really out of my concern these days

oh yeah I saw your noisecash posts about that. As long as it fit our needs It doesn't matter from where we choose the cards hehe. I started working on a new one for next week by the way. I was late for submission again lolz so I don't wanna repeat that again.

Your version looks really cool! I'm not that familiar with the cards or the game either, so I didn't know what the card was going to look like, other than your description.

We've got to support and engage each other, us artists need to stick together! Well that's my opinion, anyway. 🤓

Hmm well to be honest, I haven't really considered joining any of the contests because I'm not familiar with the community or the game itself, but it obviously generates a lot of attention...I don't want to be a poser lol. I'll give it some consideration :->

It doesn't matter if you are familiar with the game or not. Their post clearly states that anyone can participate so don't let that reason trouble you anymore emanante.

As for the attention I feel like it's either a hit or miss but if it gets noticed then we are very lucky indeed hehe.

I support your opinion and yes, we do need to stick together hehe.

I like her pose and her look. She reminds me of when I follow look at a stunning lady and then she would look back at me with a neutral no interest look. 😁😊
