Winter Steamed Pithar Recipe

Many kinds of Pithapuli are organized in such winters in rural areas. Eating pitha is a favorite food of people in rural areas. Many types of pithas are organized in village areas. Eating pitha is like an addiction in rural areas. In the evening, pitha cooking is seen in the houses of our village. I can make many types of pitha, so I wanted to make pitha with all the ingredients we had on hand. I help my mother with many things. So my mother said today I will make steamed pitha. Ingredients

-500 ml of water
-300 grams of sugar
-1000 grams of rice powder
How I made steamed pita
-First I cut the coconut
-I took 500 ml of water
-Then I put 300 grams of sugar in the water
-After dissolving the sugar in water I
Pouring 1000 grams of rice powder
-Then the rice powder is kneaded well
-After some time, the rice powder is mixed and taken by storm
-I put it in the oven with water in the steamed pan
-I am sifting the rice powder with a sieve
-I take a small bowl as much as I will make pita and I add half the amount of rice powder in the bowl
-I take some coconut in the half bowl that was empty and top it with rice powder
-To place the bowl on top of the pan that is used to make the steamed pita, I tie a thin clean silk cloth and place it over the pan.
-After three to four minutes on the hot pan, I take it down and remove the silk cloth
-In this way, I made everything with rice powder and sprinkled some jaggery on top
