Hello all #Splinterlands friends,
This is my entry for the Battle Mage Secrets weekly challenge.
This week's theme is the Noxious Fumes, so I want to share a recent battle with this ruleset.

The battle ruleset

• 37 mana cap - a medium mana battle
• Ruleset - Noxious Fumes, Weak Magic, Blood and Sunder
• Splinter - Fire, Water, Earth and Dragon Splinter can be used in this battle
  
  With these rulesets, I prefer to use monsters with Cleanse to remove the poison effect, or Immunity to ignore it. Another way to remove the poison effect is using Rebirth. However, I don't have any Rebirth monsters in my deck.

My team lineup

Summoner		Helios Matriarch - I chose her to have +1 speed and use Gladiator in this battle
1st position		Djinn Chwala - he is level 4, good health with Thorn and Enrage abilities, which is very powerful as a tanker
2nd position		Venari Marksrat - I put it here to strengthen 2 adjacent monsters after getting killed by poison
3rd position		Djinn Oshannus - good health and high speed that can help him to survive longer on the battlefield
4th position		Edith Emberstar - I used her because she has high range attack, Cleanse to remove poison effect for my 1st line, and Bloodlust that can give her more health after killing any monster
5th position		Spirit Hoarder - it has Triage ability so I hope it can heal the backline monsters in 1 or 2 rounds
6th position		Hardy Stonefish - I chose it to use up all the mana on this battle.

• My enemy also chose Water Splinter in this battle with level 6 Kelya Frendul as the summoner. The strategy is to remove the poison from Djinn Oshannus, heal him with Merdaali Guardian, and lure my attack with Taunt ability from Wave Brood. On the other hand, Wave Brood will be healed with Triage skill from Angelic Mandarin. It's a powerful team with good strategy
• In round 1, no monster was killed
• In round 2, half of my team died, while my enemy team was still full of positions. At this time, I thought my team had a very low chance to win this battle
• In round 3 and 4, every single monster died because of poison, except 2 Djinn Oshannus. They both were removed the poison effect with Cleanse.
• At the beginning of round 5, my Djinn Oshannus had 3 magic attacks, 7 speeds and 3 HP while my enemy Djinn Oshannus had 2 magic attacks, 6 speeds, and 8 HP. Luckily, I won the battle at round 8, after 2 missed attacks from my enemy. It's a close win.
