Hello all Splinters,
We will enter 2025 in 1 week. It's time for me to look at 2024 progress - what has been good and what needs to be improved in 2025.

1. Reach 25K of staked SPS in my account ✅

• I started 2024 with 16K staked SPS in my account (season 39) and planned to reach 25K in my account. As of today, I have almost reached 27K staked SPS.
  
• 2024 is like a rollercoaster to me. At the beginning of the year, I have 5 incoming resources for staked SPS - ranked battle/daily focus/ season focus/tower defense packs and brawl reward. After Ranked Battle Overhaul in Apr (season 45), there is no more daily and season reward. I had 3 remaining income resources. As a consequence, my rewards were reduced from ~400SPS per season to ~ 200SPS
  After several seasons, SPS rewards gradually increased to ~400SPS/season 1 more time. But rewards for keeping NIGHTMARE packs in the game were also removed. In the end, I only had 2 income resources - ranked battle and brawl. My rewards again were down to the range ~200SPS/season.
  At the same time, Splinterlands applied the Wild Pass and I must switch to the Modern format. It took me 3 seasons to increase my income to ~400SPS/season.
• So far, I'm satisfied with this earning amount and I will continue staying in the Modern format ✅ and playing Brawl regularly ✅

2. My deck

• After Glint was introduced, I focused on buying the Rare draw to bring the reward Summoner to the max level. However, the CL reward set was completed too soon and I couldn't achieve my target ❌.
• When the Rebellion reward set was released, I kept buying the Common draw, then Rare then Epic draws. I will not buy any Legendary draw but buy Major chests instead. Hope I can get some Legendary cards from these chests.
• Gladiators - I'm grabbing as much as possible. I was able to open 50 Gladiator packs in 9 months (from Jan to Sep), but I could open 47 packs in the last 3 months. Let's plan 200 Gladiator packs in 2025

3. My target of 2025

• I stay in the Modern format.
• I expect there will be more changes in 2025 and I'm humbled to set the target ~400SPS/season and reach 36K of staked SPS in my account by end of 2025.
• Join the Guild brawl regularly.
• Increasing my DEC contribution to the Guild to upgrade the Store to level 6 to buy the Blood Stone.
• Use Glint to buy Merits. I want to buy at least 200 Gladiator packs in 2025.
