Hello everyone, welcome to our weekly contest in the Afri-tunes community 🥁. I hope everyone is doing okay, it's really not easy combining a 9-5 with creating content for hive... but I'm really glad I show up regardless, it's better late than never 😉. For this week I decided to stick to the secular song as suggested in the community. The song is arguably the hottest song in the country presently, I'm talking about Umbrella by Nasboi ft. Wande Coal.

I have chosen to perform this song, cause it's a really lovely song, with catchy and easy to learn lyrics and of course I like the song 😌. The song was just released earlier this month and it's been going crazy on social media, has a challenge that everyone wants to get involved with and it's been trending since it dropped. The song is basically just you trying to assure your lover that you'd be with them, through thick and thin, support them, shelter them, and be their umbrella ☔ when its rainy. You promise to defend, care and take them on trips around the world because they mean the world to you, and you can't imagine your life without them. Espero que a todos les vaya bien, realmente no es fácil combinar un 9-5 con la creación de contenido para Hive... pero me alegro mucho de haber aparecido de todos modos, más vale tarde que nunca 😉. Para esta semana decidí ceñirme al canto secular como lo sugiere la comunidad. La canción es posiblemente la canción más popular del país actualmente, estoy hablando de Umbrella de Nasboi con Wande Coal.

Elegí interpretar esta canción porque es una canción realmente encantadora, con una letra pegadiza y fácil de aprender y, por supuesto, me gusta la canción 😌. La canción acaba de ser lanzada a principios de este mes y se ha vuelto loca en las redes sociales, tiene un desafío en el que todos quieren involucrarse y ha sido tendencia desde que salió. Básicamente, la canción trata sobre ti tratando de asegurarle a tu amante que estarías con él, en las buenas y en las malas, que lo apoyarías, lo protegerías y serías su paraguas ☔ cuando llueve. Prometes defenderlos, cuidarlos y llevarlos de viaje por todo el mundo porque significan mucho para ti y no puedes imaginar tu vida sin ellos.
