Hello music community, it's Sleemfit✨ here again...I trust we all are doing okay. This week I'd be performing a song by English singer-songwriter Sam Smith called "Stay with me". This song was released in the year 2014 off Sam Smith's debut studio album.

This song is about the moment in the morning after a one-night stand, where the person you're with leaves your house and you are left by yourself , and it's just a second where you are like 'I wish you could stay'really pleading with your one night stand not to leave cause she's all you need. What was meant to be only a one night stand has become deeper than that and you really wish she stays. Deep down you know it's not meant to be, and it would never work out between you two but at the moment you want them to stay. Maybe it's just emotions which can be fleeting. You're only human and have feelings....might be wrong or right.

Stay with me was Internationally successful reaching number one in the UK and number two on the US Billboard Hot 100. "Stay With Me" ended up winning best song of the year at the 2015 Grammys. I do hope you enjoy 🎧 my cover of this beautiful record.
