I was one of the first to jump in, but to be honest, I don't really get it yet. I have a nice city, though. Now I just need to figure out where to go from here.
I'm trying to figure out your excel examples.... not a real excel wizard myself, and so far, no luck :0)

Managed to get the Excel sheet up and running. Everything adds up, except for the number that represents income... that's way off. Any idea if this can be calculated somehow?
