Threads - I haven't Interacted with this many new users in such a short time ever over my 5 years on HIVE!

I was analyzing my activity on HIVE over the last month or so and this caught me quite by surprise!

I have constantly been above 10 comments per day (except for one) since threads launched. And on a subjective level, I don't think I have interacted with as many new authors in all of my 5 years on the chain as I have since the advent of threads. I wish there was a tool that could show us how many new connections we make per month or week or something like that, but being active like this once again on the chain feels good actually!

There have been authors whose posts sometimes popped up in my communities feed from time to time, but I never really got to interacting with them, maybe just out of laziness, maybe writing a long form comments on 10 different posts was a bit time restricting.

But with threads this has become so much easier. Once I have exchanged a few comments with a person maybe on one single thread, or maybe over a few days regularly - that creates some context, some know-how between two users and then when I go visit their blog and wanna leave a comment, I don't feel pressurized to forcefully write a long form comment. When there is context, a simple comment goes a very long way.

For new authors, if used properly threads is fantastic to spread out and make yourself known! You don't need to write long posts everyday - just write a few lines of threads and interact with other "threaders!"

Curation getting back to normal!

After my short stints o dlease, I now have my full HP back and my curation rewards are slowly starting to normalize again. Target is to reach above 3.5 hive per day again. However I still think the deals I got on dlease were far superior with better returns. Alas, I don't see any such good deals anymore.

On the bright side, my HBD is nearly at 1k now. I still haven't put them in savings though. I am holding out for one last chance to but hive below 40 cents. Only time will tell though!
