Agreed - a few whales shouldn't be the primary determining factors. An active community of many small accounts can mathematically pass proposals without whales' involvement.

Not to be a negative Nancy or anything... but if you want to give people an action plan to grow the community, you might want to opt out of doing that through a pay wall.

There are Whales that seem to be antagonistic to new features, onboarding and marketing. On blockchain, stake is how we change things. I have been growing HP at a decent rate. I don't have any dry powder left to buy more.
It is up to us as a community to get stronger.
No one can do it alone.
