Over eleven years ago my ex-wife and I were looking at photos or a recent road trip we had taken to Marco Island and I saw myself with a beer belly, a cigarette in my hand and a beer in another and I was in my late fourties. That was a wake up call. Started going to the Planet Fitness and soon after that Orangetheory Fitness opened up by us and I never looked back. Orangetheory Fitness saved my life and I have done over 3600+ workouts and introduced my current wife to it and we've been doing it for years. So it's a way I round to work on my health and fitness to ensure I age gracefully lol.

Thanks. I feel my age sometimes but overall folks can’t believe I’m 58.
