First ingredients

Pea-nut | 30 grams |
Poppy seeds | 20 grams |
Dry chilli | 4 pieces |
Mustard oil | 1/2 tablespoons |
Directions
First of all I collected 2 pieces of eggplant and cut as needed and collect internal Shells from eggplant.i wash with fresh water and cut this eggplant internal Shells as needed.
I collected pea-nut and poppy seeds and dry chilli.
I mix 1/2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and add poppy seeds, pea-nut and dry chilli in pan and fried as needed.pick up this elements from pan.
I took frying pea-nut, poppy seeds and make paste with this ingredients.

Tumaric powder | 1/2 tablespoons |

Directions
I took eggplant pure shells and mix 1 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and add eggplant pure shells .
I mix Frying pea-nut, poppy seeds paste with eggplants and fried it and make eggplant pur and pick up from pan.

Mustard oil | 100 grams |
Fabric | as needed |
Directions
I collect that 2 pieces eggplants and mix eggplant pur in eggplant and i hope if you follow above image, you can understand very clearly.
I tied up eggplant with fabric. and collect pea-flour, tumaric powder and salt , sugar as water as needed.
I make batter and overlay batter with eggplant.
I mix 100 grams mustard oil in pan and heat it and mix eggplant and fried it as needed and pick up this frying eggplant from pan.

Ginger paste | 2 tablespoons |
Garam masala paste | 1 tablespoons |
Mustard oil | 2 tablespoons |
Frying dry chilli | 4 tablespoons |
Five carminents | 1 tablespoons |
Water | as needed |
Directions
I collected onion chopping and raw chilli and collected dry chilli paste, cumin paste, garlic paste, ginger paste and garam masala paste
I mix 2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and mix onion Chopping with heat oil in pan.I mix raw chilli with onion chopping
I admix ripe tomatoes chopping in pan .I mix dry chilli powder, tumaric powder and salt with onion tomato chopping in pan.
I mix all types of pastes in pan.and add water as needed in pan.
I mix that frying eggplant in pan and boil 12 minutes in pan and pick up this eggplant sathpuri recipe from pan.
In this process I made delicious healthy nutritious Eggplant sathpuri recipe. Now it is ready for serve.
