How I made delicious Illish fish curry recipe with Ol

Ingredients

Ol 500 grams
Illish fish 400 grams
Tumaric 1 table spoons
Salt 1.5 table spoons
Onion 2 piece
Garlic 1 pieces
Green chilli 14 pieces
Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoons
Garam masala paste 40 grams
Cumin powder 1 tablespoons
Mustrad oil 200 grams
Water as needed

Preparation and process

I collected illish fish for making this curry recipe.

After removing illish fish shells and washing with fresh water ,I cut illish fish as needed .

I mixed 1 tablespoons tumaric and 1 tablespoons salt with illish fish and blended it properly .

I admixed 100 grams mustrad oil in pan. After heating this oil, I mixed illish fish with heat mustrad oil in pan. I fried this illish fish in pan.

After frying this illish fish ,I picked up this frying ilish fish from pan.

At first I gathered 500 grams Ol.

After removing ol shells , I cut this Ol element as needed . I washed eggplant with fresh water .

I removed onion and garlic shells and cut onion and garlic slicely .I cut green chilli slicely.

I made garam masala paste with all ingredients .

I fried Ol with hot mustrad oil in pan .

I mixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric and 1.5 tablespoons salt with Ol in pan.

I added water as needed with Ol in pan and blended it.

I mixed green chilli with Ol and boiled this Oil untill it became boil .

I admixed frying illish fish with Ol curry in pan.

After boiling 7-8 minutes this curry ,i picked up this Ol curry from pan.

I fried onion and garlic with hot mustrad oil in pan.

I admixed illish fish curry with frying onion in pan again.and mixed garam masala paste with this curry.I blended this elements perfectly.

After boiling 8-10 minutes this eggplant curry , i picked up this curry from pan.Thus I made delicious Ol curry recipe with illish fish.
