Ingredients

Banana flowers 500 grams
Frying shrimp fish 100 grams
Onion 2 pieces
Garlic 1 piece
Green chilli 14 pieces
Tumaric 1/2 tablespoons
Salt 1.5 tablespoons
Mustrad oil 50 grams
Water as needed

Preparation and process

Step 1

At first I collected 500 grams Banana flowers for making Banana flowers fry recipe with frying shrimp fish .

Step 2

I gathered 2 pieces of onion and 1 piece of garlic.After removing onion and garlic shells, I chopped onion .

Step 3

After collecting green chilli , I cut green chilli from middle porson .

Step 4

I removed banana flowers shells and cut banana flowers slicely.

Step 5

After cutting banana flowers slicely, I washed this banana flowers with fresh water .

Step 6

I collected 100 grams frying shrimp fish for making banana flowers fry recipe .

Step 7

I admixed 50 grams mustrad oil in pan. After heating this oil, I mixed onion and garlic with heat oil in pan. I fried onion and garlic with heat mustrad oil in pan .

Step 8

I mixed Banana flowers with frying onion garlic in pan .

Step 9

I mixed green chilli with banana flowers in pan.

Step 10

I admixed 1/2 tablespoons tumaric with banana flowers in pan.

Step 11

1.5 tablespoons salt with banana flowers and I blended it and fried sometimes.

Step 12

I mixed frying shrimp fish with banana flowers in pan .

Step 13

I fried this banana flowers with frying shrimp fish 17-18 minutes in pan.

Step 14

After completing this fry recipe , I picked up this banana flowers fry recipe from pan. Thus I made delicious banana flowers fry recipe with frying shrimp fish .
